While working at the agency, I was asked to lead the conceptualization of a design proof of concept (POC) to support fundraising for a new product.

The founder approached us with a rough idea, and I worked with him directly to turn it into a functional prototype that could communicate the product’s value and potential.

The tool was designed for both indoor and outdoor use in cattle management.

Indoors, it would:

• Manage livestock stock and movement

• Provide insights into cattle performance

• Track key KPIs like weight, ins and outs, and business health

  
  

Outdoors, it would:

• Allow real-time data logging in the field

• Act as a UI for an automated weighing system that distributes cattle by weight and streamlines related processes

  
  

The final prototype clearly conveyed the vision and operational value, helping the founder pitch the product to potential investors.
